Twinkies & Sardines – John 6:1-15

This week, we look at the text from John 6:1-15 and the account of the feeding of the 5,000. \

Looking at this teaching of a reminder that our provision comes from God and that he will provide.

This narritive takes on a deeper meaning when we look at the prospects of the crowd having been much larger, John says “5,000 men” so women and children weren’t counted.  And there is a reminder of another account from the Old Testament that points to the God’s continued faithfulness of provision to his people.
