The Bible records a number of world-changing shifts. One of the greatest was when Jesus was with his disciples on that Thursday in the Upper Room. Jesus knew what was going to happen later that night and on Friday. Jesus did something that night that changed everything.
He turned on its head the lie that if you wanted to be blessed, you have to look out for yourself before anyone else. This week we’ll look at how Jesus modeled for us an incredible life changing truth, by setting aside His crown and picking up an apron.
The Big Idea for this week: In order to BLESS our neighbor, Jesus invites us to serve.
